AVENA BOWL 


INGREDIENTES

- 2 y 1/2 cup de leche (yo uso leche de almendra)
- 1 cup de hojuelas de avena
- 2 tbs de azúcar morena
- pizca de sal
- 1/4 de vainilla
- 1 palito de canela
- 2 ó 3 cascaras de limón

- granola
- canela
- almendras
- chia seeds
- bee pollen
- peanut butter
